Tips for Newbie Runner

Good evening everyone :)

Are you guys have a dinner ?

Okay.

This morning I was jogging at the park and suddenly come to me a chubby girl and ask me how to loss weight by have a good routine for exercise.

From my observation, many people want to loss weight but they feel lazy to do exercise because they don't have a good motivation.

So, here I want to share to you guys what you guys need to do to start your routine.

These are the tips that may be effective for you guys can follow within 8 week:

Alright, once you are finished the program for 8 week, you try to aim run for 30 minutes three times a week. For this, you can notice that your stamina and fitness will be improve for day to day.
