Alright, today I want to share with you guys about injury that often happen when do exercise or sports.
First of all, do you know why this happen ? Okay....
Sports injury are commonly cause by overuse, direct impact or the application of force that is greater than the body part can structurally withstand. It also happen when poor technique and structural abnormalities can also contribute to the development of chronic injuries.
So, these are some of the common sports injury that often happen such as:
1. Ankle sprain - the symptoms include pain, stiffness and swelling
2. Bruises - a blow can cause small bleeds into skin
3. Concussion - mild reversible brain injury from a blow to the head, which may be associated with loss consciousnesses. The symptoms may be headache, dizziness, and short term memory loss
4. Dehydration - losing too much fluid can lead heat exhaustion and heat stroke
5. Hamstring strain - symptoms include pain, swelling and bruising
6. Knees joint injury - the symptoms same with ankle sprain ( pain, swelling and stiffness) and the ligaments or cartilage can be effected

Remember, it is important to see a doctor, as leaving an injury untreated can have far more severe.
