Important of PE in School

Hye guys, how are you ?

Hope you all are fine ;)

Recently, we have heard from physical education teachers that mostly their students don't want join the PE classes especially girls.

Why?

In my opinion, I think the teachers did not give a clear information why they need to PE class. The other factors is maybe because lack of teachers at school and most of teachers that teach PE is not their major in physical such math's teachers need to cover PE classes.

Okay, for your information physical education have many benefits that you can receive especially for high school students.

Why?

1. Regular fitness activity

Physical fitness is an important component to lead a healthy lifestyle.This is help students to maintain fitness, develop muscular strength and improve cardiovascular health. A regular fitness activity improves the absorption of nutrients by the body, improve digestion process and increase physiological processes. 

2. Build self-confidence

If you participate in physical education especially secondary school students, it will provides a positive influence, character and self-esteem. In addition, the team building process enhances communication skills and the skills required to get along and cooperate with students of varying ethnic backgrounds and personalities.

3. Develop motor skills

PE teaches in secondary school is essential to the development of motor skills and the enhancement of reflexes. Hand-eye coordination is improved, as well as a good body movements, which helps in the development of a healthy body posture. 

4. Health and Nutrition

High school is an age where students misinterpret the meaning of overweight and eating disorders prevail. Physical health and education inform students on sound eating practice and the essential guidelines for nutrition.

5. Relives stress

Everyone will have stress on their daily work especially secondary school students due to homework, curriculum, families and peer pressure. With involvement in sports, recreational activities, it will offer a method of stress relief and make your day enjoyable. 

So, people to make sure your daily life in a good condition, don't forget to stay active. For PE teaches, maybe you can make your students very clear about PE classes. Hope they can accept and be enjoyable in your class ;)

Stay motivated while learning at HOME

Hello guys, how are you today ? Hope you are in well ;)

As a student, it's very hard to study at home especially at the end of semester that have a lot of

assignment or test need to be done. So, its must frustrating right because stay at home no one to do

that work unless when we are at hostel, of course friends do the same things and it will motivated us.

Okay, today I want to help you guys with sharing from Greg on YouTube for best tips for keeping inspired and motivated while learning online.

1. To be PREPARED 
         So, its sound like simple but being as prepared as possible will help reduce your stress levels and keep your motivation levels up. The first thing is you need to make sure your workspace is well organized. The important things is you need to prepare your sources on what you need to cover on that day.

2. Maintaining positive RELATIONSHIPS
        Even it is online session, you must maintaining your positive relationship with your classmate or lecturer. It must be tricky because we don't see face to face but a little bit if we still on a good relationship it will help us and still have connection about the assignment. 

3. Develop PROFESSIONAL
        If you are feeling tired and demotivated, try to engaging your professional development even a little bit will go along way to increase motivation. They are many ways that you can educate yourself whether a YouTube channel or simply reading. 

4.  SEPARATE your work and home life
         Although you know that work and live in the same place its really important that you take time to manage both and keep separate as possible. Imagine you have some books in your living room and you have been planning in your kitchen, that is danger that you can never really switch off which can be both exhausting and demotivating for you. That is why you need to choose one area for work workplace and the important things is you will be at the one place for one time without any opposition.

Tips for Newbie Runner

Good evening everyone :)

Are you guys have a dinner ?

Okay.

This morning I was jogging at the park and suddenly come to me a chubby girl and ask me how to loss weight by have a good routine for exercise.

From my observation, many people want to loss weight but they feel lazy to do exercise because they don't have a good motivation.

So, here I want to share to you guys what you guys need to do to start your routine.

These are the tips that may be effective for you guys can follow within 8 week:



Are you guys okay for the information ?

Alright, once you are finished the program for 8 week, you try to aim run for 30 minutes three times a week. For this, you can notice that your stamina and fitness will be improve for day to day.
