MCO workout

The Movement Control Order (MCO) is not an excuse for us not to do exercise when at home.

When you guys said, "there is no equipment to workour such at gym". Ouh no...... Its not a problem haaa.

So, here I would to share to you guys routine that you guys can do for HOME WORKOUT !

JUMPING JACK (100x)

BODY WEIGHT SQUAT (30x)

LUNGE (10x for each side)

PUSH UP (10x)

PLANK (20s)


I recommend to you guys, at least 3 sets for each exercise. So that you guys can take out a lot of sweat :)

So, LET'S START OUR HOME WORKOUT TOMORROW!! But don't forget KEEP HYDRATE everyone and STAY SAFE :)

Assalammualaikum w.b.t

Do you must know what's happening now in Malaysia right..? Ethnic Rohingya issue, West Capella issue and the hot issue is the Covid-19 Pandemic that hit the world including Malaysia. It is a health crisis. The Prime Minister has enacted Movement Control Order (MCO) to prevent the spread of this disease. 


During MCO, Malaysian were affected by this pandemic disease because many industrial and business premises had to be closed. What I know, just a few sectors are allowed to operate during MCO phase 1 such as food, logistic, oil & gas, energy, water and banking sector. Some Malaysia people lost their source income and very sadly lost their jobs.


Now, Alhamdulillah, the government are trying to revive the Malaysian economy by reopening all business and industrial sectors with new norm. Practice self-regulation and avoid 3C, Crowded place, Confined space and Close conversation.

The New NORMS

Hello guys, how are you today ?

Well, today I am going to talk is based on our Prime Minister was announce that we need to get used to the  NEW NORMS WORK from HOME as long as the vaccine for COVID 19 is not found.

Ahaaa...... are you ready for a new norms guys ? 

Here, I would share what we need to start with 3R:

1. RUTIN (routine)- You need to maintain a regular work schedule, stop at break times and when the work hours are over.

2. RUANG KERJA (work space)- Provide a comfortable and convenient space for work.

3. REHAT (rest)- Take a rest for 15 minutes every 2 hours by doing X-breaks like stretching or exercising. Take a fresh air and take in scenery. 


I hope this will help you guys to do work from home. Don't be so stress yaa to work from home.

Insha Allah all of our sacrifices will be paid of and hopefully these COVID 19 will end soon.

Mouth smell during Ramadhan ?

Good evening guys.

How's your day during ramadhan ? I hope its all be okay yaa :)

Well, do you know what smells when we breath ?

Mouth odor during fasting is normal, but smell of this mouth also makes us feel uncomfortable and unsure of interacting with people.

Don't worry, here are some tips for you preventing mouth odor during fasting from Dr. Nicholas a doctor of Pantai Palimirmar Hospital, Malang, Indonesia:

1. Oral healthcare

You need to maintain good oral health with brushing teeth, using floss and using toothpaste to  clean your tongue with a toothbrush or tongue scraper. If you're wear dentures, you need to keep the equipment clean and the most important things is get regular dental check up at least once a year.

2. Keep an eyes on your diet

Drink plenty of water and reduce your caffeine intake. You also need increase fiber intake of fresh vegetables or chew cloves or gum that does not contain sugar.

3. Avoid unhealthy habits such as smoking or drinking alcohol

4. Get treatments for gum disease and teeth

What is Coronavirus ?

Our country was shocked by a recent shocking news on March 2020 that the whole world was exposed to the diseases called Covid-19 or coronaviruses. The diseases is said to have originated in China on December 2019 as the first country to be attacked by Covid-19 resulting in massive death where it is at Wuhan city, Hubei.  

Oh my god!!

Based on World Health Organization (WHO) Coronaviruses are a large family of viruses which may causes illness in animals or humans. In humans, several coronaviruses are known to cause respiratory infections ranging from the common cold to more severe diseases such as Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) and Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS). The most recently discovered coronavirus causes coronavirus diseases COVID-19. 

As what I have read, these viruses are most commonly transmitted to people in a way similar to influenza, through respiratory drops from coughing or sneezing. 

People must know that the common symptoms which leads to Covid-19 include fever, cough, shortness of breath. Complications may include pneumonia and acute respiratory distress syndrome. There are currently no specific vaccines or antiviral treatments.
